2. Personal data we collect
We collect only what is needed to review your request for quotation (RFQ):
- Company: company name, website, business type, country and city
- Contact person: full name, job title, business email, phone / WhatsApp number, preferred contact method
- Request: product specifications, quantities, target markets, requested delivery date, messages and attached files
- Technical records: date and time of consent, a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent (for fraud prevention and consent evidence)
3. Purpose of processing
- Reviewing your RFQ and preparing a quotation
- Contacting you about your RFQ (clarifications, samples, quotation)
- Sending the RFQ confirmation email
- Preventing abuse of the service (rate limiting, spam blocking)
If — and only if — you tick the optional marketing box, we may also send product news and catalog updates. You can withdraw this consent at any time by email.
4. Retention
RFQ data is kept for 3 years after our last communication with you, then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. if a supply contract is concluded).
5. Processors and international transfer
We use the following service providers to operate this website. They process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase Inc. — database and file storage (servers in Seoul, Republic of Korea)
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery network
- Our email delivery provider — sending confirmation and notification emails
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, at any time by writing to info@wonshim.com. You may refuse consent; however, we cannot process an RFQ without the information marked as required.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored with access control limited to authorised WONSHIM staff, and attachments are kept in a private storage bucket. File types and sizes are validated on upload.
